🚀 What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations.
- Help review and organize financial documents to support audits, reporting, and month‑end close.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable, including tracking payments and updating records.
- Work with project accountants to help monitor budgets, expenses, and project financials.
- Assist with preparing financial reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for internal teams.
- Help maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial files and digital records.
- Jump in on other finance and administrative tasks as needed — every day brings something new.
🎓 Who We’re Looking For:
- Students pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
