Job Summary:
- Support AP, AR and General Accounting processes
- Processing AP invoices for payment
- Compliance with vendor agreements and payment terms
- Checking in on all necessary approvals before being paid
- Posting journal entries
- Reconciling accounts
- Preparing AR aging reports
- Calculating the reserve
- SAP, Concur, Coupa to match invoices with PO and contracts, Excel
Main Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with processing vendor payments
- Support review of the employee expense reports
- Assist with recording of transactions in SAP
- Assist with reviewing GL accounts activity
- Support month-end close process
Education and Experience:
- Completing Undergraduate Degree (Accounting/Finance)
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Experience with Excel
