About the role
As the Accounting Intern at KKday Vietnam, you will be responsible for:
● Support receiving and checking input invoices from suppliers tax filing, payments and bookkeeping.
● Support reviewing invoice requests from customers compared to revenue reports and prepare information for issuing of output VAT invoice
● Support in posting accounting entries into local accounting software
● Support in arranging and storing records, documents and accounting data
● Perform other tasks as requested by the line manager
To be successful in this role, you must:
● Commit to working for 6 months
● Work on-site full time (Monday - Friday) at KKday Hanoi Office
● Working hours can be flexible to match with school timetable
Your benefits include:
● Allowance: 26,000VND/hour (Gross)

We would love to hear from you if:
● You have a good command of Chinese at the HSK 5 level (required)
● You are students with a strong academic knowledge in Accounting, Finance & Banking, Audit
● You are willing to learn and are responsible for your work
● You have good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
● You have strong organisational, time management skills, and effective communication skills
● Immediate availability is a plus
