The Role

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to handle various operational and financial analysis tasks within the company. The ideal candidate should have accounting experience and strong analytical skills to enhance the capabilities of the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Updating sales reports.
• Managing and controlling the execution of sales budgets.
• Preparing financial reports.
• Recording banking transactions.
• Accounting for sales transactions.
• Updating month-end closing reports.
• Reconciling and monitoring balance account totals.

Desired Background

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Proven experience in financial report preparation and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of budget management and control.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and office tools (QuickBooks and Google Workspace are a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Proactive and self-sufficient in task execution.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
