Pay
Up to $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Essential Functions
- Perform specific duties within the Departments including but not limited to:
- Daily recording of bank activity
- Preparation of deposits from clinics and other sources
- Recording of vendor invoices due
- Check run and recording appropriately
- Monthly reconciliation of Bank accounts
- Preparation of financial information for operational reports
- Financial support for the Pharmacy
- Accounts receivable reconciliation and support
- Inventory analysis
- 340B audit and compliance Profit analysis
- Provide backup support for:
- Posting and Processing of Insurance and Patient Payments
- Medicaid encounters and payment reconciliation
- Maintaining and filing accurate financial support records
- Other finance tasks as requested
- Handle routine correspondence and other administrative tasks as required

QualificationsEducation and Experience
Required Education and Experience:
- Post-high school accounting education, or 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Outlook
- Track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Experience with NetSuite
- Experience with EPIC EMR
Management/ Decision Making
Non-Supervisory position
Knowledge and Skills
- Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping. QuickBooks preferred
- Ability to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Skilled with organizing and analyzing large set of data, and summarizing results
- Must be organized and have strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Skills Required
- Post-high school accounting education or 3 to 5 years relevant bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
