What You'll Do:

  • Investigate and resolve problems associated with the processing of vendor invoices and purchase orders.
  • Process A/P.
  • Prepare and/or assist with bank reconciliation
  • Be able to review and analyze month end vendor reconciliations.
  • Work closely with internal/external clients, vendors, and associates to research and resolve questions or inquiries.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of the media and production billing process.
  • Train or back-up staff in designated specialty areas.
  • Be able to perform complex projects as requested
  • Other duties as assigned.


Who You Are:

The right candidate for this position ideally will have:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
  • 3-4 years of related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting/media software, MasterCard, EDi
  • Familiarity with billing cycles, schedules
  • Proficient in billing processes 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and people simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong supporter of SA’s desired culture.
