Coordinador Controladoría MexicoWhat knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
- Coordinar el proceso de cierre contable mensual, asegurando la correcta ejecución de conciliaciones, controles contables y la preparación de Estados Financieros completos y oportunos.
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a los procesos de auditoría externa e interna, garantizando el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de información en tiempo y forma.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de información ante organismos públicos y entes regulatorios, conforme a la normativa vigente.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas financieras, controles internos y requerimientos regulatorios, idealmente bajo marcos de control como SOX.
- Brindar soporte y asesoramiento contable a las distintas áreas del negocio, colaborando en el análisis de cuentas y en la correcta aplicación de criterios contables.
- Analizar la implementación y aplicación de nuevas normas contables internas y externas, asegurando su adecuada adopción en los procesos de la compañía.
- Elaborar, actualizar y asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos y políticas contables internas.
- Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de trabajo, gestionando los aspectos técnicos, administrativos y motivacionales del equipo a cargo.
- Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua y desarrollo del equipo, promoviendo el fortalecimiento de las competencias necesarias para cada rol.

Skills Required
- Experience coordinating accounting closure processes
- Knowledge of financial regulations and internal controls
- Ability to perform financial analysis and compliance audits
- Experience in leading and developing accounting teams
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and accounting standards
