We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Client Success professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, particularly with U.S. companies and real estate property management or investment. This on-site position requires excellent written and reading English skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Location: ON-SITE POSITION. Working hours are based on the Paraguay Time Zone (9 AM - 6 PM)

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle tax filings and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
- Provide exceptional client support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks and Appfolio as a plus for property management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or in related accounting roles with U.S. companies. or multinational companies
- Knowledge or experience with Accounting Software: QuickBooks, TaxDome or Appfolio. (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in real estate, property management, or investment.
- Proficiency in English: Must be able to read and write and understand technical terms in English.

- Work Independently, with goals, and able to show progress through good communication.
