Position Summary:

Primary Responsibilities
Record and reconcile daily financial transactions for a multitude of different businesses, ensuring records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
Maintain and update the general ledger on a regular basis
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist with month-end close procedures, including journal entries for payroll, depreciation, and interest.
Generate routine financial reports and summaries for internal and external review
Maintain organized and confidential financial files and documentation
Support clients with financial, software, and payroll questions
Monthly filing of sales tax returns
Annual preparation of Forms 1099
Required Qualifications:
1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Able to work independently on project type assignments
Knowledge of QuickBooks required, including QuickBooks online
Strong MS Office skills
Superior analytical and problem resolution skills with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to work until work is done, which may require extended hours to meet team needs
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Excellent oral and written skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
