Your role will be to support the French Production department by managing purchase orders, processing and tracking invoices, coordinating with accounting teams, assisting with quarterly closings, monitoring expense allocations, and helping ensure budget compliance for Opex and Capex.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial controlling, or related functions.
• Proficiency in English or French (both spoken and written) for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with Oracle Financials or similar ERP systems is strongly appreciated.
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and expense allocation practices. Familiarity with budget monitoring for both Opex and Capex
• Highly proactive and autonomous, able to manage tasks independently and drive processes forward.

Main Duties:

Reporting to the French Production department, you will be responsible for the following tasks related to the overall production activity:

• Take part in creating purchase orders and ensure they are validated by the appropriate stakeholders.
• Handle the entry, verification, and allocation of invoices, ensuring accurate recording and checking in the Oracle system.
• Follow up on the invoice validation workflow through to the final payment stage.
• Maintain communication with various accounting departments, both internal and external, to help resolve any issues related to invoices, payments, or accounting matters.
• Contribute to the quarterly closing processes by ensuring accounting data is accurate and that appropriate reserves are recorded.
• Monitor the allocation of expenses in the group’s reporting tools after processing, and coordinate any reclassifications with the relevant departments.
• Support Production management in tracking expenses in line with the yearly Opex and Capex budgets.

Work Details:

• Location: AUTO1 Albania Headquarters,

• Schedule: 40 hours per weeky (5 working days with 2 days off), from 09:00-18:00.
