- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
- Prepare and assist in financial statements, tax returns, and accounting documents
- Reconcile accounts (bank, balance sheet, subledgers) to ensure accuracy
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and federal/state regulations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to aid management decisions
- Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with audits by providing documentation and preparing schedules
- Monitor budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities
- Safeguard financial data and support internal controls- Track pending orders and send customers invoices upon delivery- Support AP process by accurately entering in bills
- Assist Controller with ad hoc tasks as necessary
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting- Proficiency in Excel
- Attention to detail, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

The base annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 based on candidate's experience, education, and geographic location.
