What you will do:
- Manage Account Payable. Ensure bills are paid on time and accurately.
- Record financial transactions in accordance with US GAAP.
- Assist in monthly and annual closings. Post journal entries for financial adjustment and accruals.
- Assist in preparation of accurate and timely financial statement.
- Assist in monthly financial data analysis and yearly corporation budget planning.
- Cooperate with external auditor and CPA to complete audit, tax returns and other annual tax forms.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in of accounting experience.
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience with NetSuite (a plus).
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively work cross-functionally.
- Can sponsor various visa types.
- Mandarin is preferred.
