Overview

Circ is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Accountant to join our team. As a key member of the finance team, you will report directly to the Controller and focus on ensuring accuracy in reporting, driving process improvements, and leading new projects as the company grows and scales. We're searching for an individual who embodies our core values and thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including GL coding, AP, and AR. 
• Prepare journal entries related to the month-end close, including fixed assets, prepaids, and expense accruals. 
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations. 
• Implement and review financial controls. 
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. 
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable tax laws. 
• Assist with audits and ad hoc reporting requests. 
 
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred). 
• 3+ years of accounting experience. 
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar). 
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. 
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
 
Bonus: Experience with ERP system implementations or scaling accounting operations in a startup setting.
