With creativity, quality and collaboration at heart of what we do, we’re now looking for a detail oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Finance team in Stockholm.

About the role

As an Accountant at Quickspin, you will play a vital role in keeping our financial operations accurate and compliant. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues in the finance team and work cross-functionally with departments like HR and Sales. You will also perform tasks for our other Swedish company, Videobet Aristocrat Lotteries AB. Since Quickspin is part of the Playtech Group, you will also interact with other sister companies across Europe and our listed parent company on the London Stock Exchange.

This is a broad role with a lot of variety – ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of finance and values both structure and teamwork.

Qualifications and experience

• A bachelor’s degree in business/economics or equivalent
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience
• Previous experience in an international, fast-paced environment is a plus
• Proficiency in SAP, Agda/Visma or other similar software
• Proficiency in Excel
• Fluent in Swedish (mandatory) and English
• Organized, and detail-oriented
• Solid knowledge of payroll and salaries is required for this role

Key responsibilities

• Payroll administration
• Month-end closing process
• VAT declaration and reporting, monthly and quarterly
• Bank reconciliation
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Accruals
• Ad-hoc bookkeeping and reports
• Assist manager with preparations for audits, financial statements and ad-hoc tasks

You will  also be the first point of contact for salary-related questions and support internal users with time- and expense-reporting systems.
