As an Accountant, you will assist the Finance Manager in supporting key finance functions for the client. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, supporting the preparation and presentation of financial reports, and handling levy issuance and financial queries. This role also involves coordination with stakeholders and Owners Corporation Managers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Your day could see you:
Facilitate accounts payable/receivable processes while ensuring segregation of duties
Issue Levy Notices and Final Fee Notices
Assist with the preparation and formatting of financial reports for detailed analysis
Support Owners Corporation Managers and Admin teams with levy and aged debtor queries
Respond to financial inquiries from committees and internal stakeholders
Manage multiple financial reports simultaneously under strict deadlines
A degree in Accounting or Finance
Recognised financial qualification preferred but not required
Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills
High attention to detail, especially with financial analysis and formatting of reports
Excellent English communication skills (Mandarin is a plus)
Proven stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
