Accountant

Role is responsible for prioritizing accounting transactions, maintain journals entries and reconcile the numbers in accordance with accounting principles and policies. The role will also prepare accurate reports and finance information for our collaborators.

Key responsibilities:

Purchase to Pay (Invoice Track)

• Record accounts payable (AP),
• Handle the payment cycle to ensure timely payment of creditor invoices
• Maintain employees travel & expenses
• Preparing vendors payment proposal
• Maintain periodic Intercompany reconciliation
• Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation.

Fixed Assets

• Prepare Fixed Assets application
• Maintain Fixed Assets register dan depreciation schedule
• Responsible to conduct annual Fixed Assets physical count.

Tax

• Prepare VAT & withholding tax certificate
• Prepare monthly and annual tax report
• Check the accuracy of all Tax reports and make tax filing submissions
• Ensure all tax payment is accurate and submit in timely manner,
• Support & prepare all documentation for filing and audit purposes.

Inventory

• Responsible for taking a monitoring role in the implementation of cycle count procedure, physical inventory to ensure an accurate report
• Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues
• Perform aged inventory write-off process to align with Lonza global & local regulation.

Others.

• Completion of periodic Global Reporting requirements ie; AICO, Bwise,
• Involve in all Lonza Global Project & Improvement.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, CPA.
• Relevant years of commercial finance or accounting experience in a Multi-National Company environment.
• Track record or experience in ERP system implementation and project management.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP system.
• Self-starter who is able to work across functions, regions and with excellent communication skills.
