What You'll Do:
Client Service
- Deliver exceptional accounting support, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, monthly reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial statement preparation, data analysis, and payroll/HR.
- Identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial health.
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with your manager and peers to cross-train, balance workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to foster innovation and growth
Skills That Will Enable You to Thrive
Must-Have Credentials:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including month-end closing.
- QuickBooks Online experience required; certification preferred
- Experience with Sage Intacct is highly preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Bill.com, Expensify, and other cloud-based tools.
- Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
