Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including P&L and balance sheets, in compliance
with US GAAP.
• Oversee accounting operations such as billing, accounts payable/receivable, general
ledger, and revenue recognition.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely financial reporting
and analysis.
• Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, collaborating with management on
performance evaluations.
• Reconcile credit cards, fixed assets, and prepaid items monthly, ensuring accurate
records.
• Review, verify, and process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
• Develop and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures to strengthen financial
compliance.
• Produce ad-hoc financial reports and analyses to support decision-making.
• Liaise with finance teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on financial
matters.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, with strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
