The Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting and maintaining the integrity of the company’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial data.
- work with outsource service provider to ensure that accounts payable and receivable are timely paid and processed.
- Ensure local statutory financial statements are in compliance with tax regulations, USGAAP, Local country GAAP.
- Provide timely information to tax consultant to enable them to prepare and file tax returns timely
- Answer internal and external audits queries and support SOX reporting requirements
- Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related role.
- Proficiency in S4 Hana, preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
