Accountant

As the Junior Accountant at Ghost, you will hold a pivotal leadership role within our finance department, overseeing the full spectrum of financial management and reporting. Your specialized skills in marketplace accounting, compliance, and strategic planning will be instrumental in driving well-informed decision-making and optimizing our financial performance. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide guidance to help us reach our financial objectives while upholding our unwavering commitment to financial integrity.

This position is 100% in office at our Beverly Hills location

About the Role:

• Maintain financial reports, records and general ledger accounts.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Respond to information requests, reviewing financial statements and assisting with audits.
• Maintain documentation for accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing and treasury and conducting internal audits.
• Contribute to department and company budget management, preparation and projection.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 1+ years of accounting experience.
• Attention to detail – known for your organized and methodical approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills – Exceptional at articulating both verbally and in writing.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.

Our total compensation for this position can range from $70,000-$90,000. The actual amounts may vary based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the position.
