We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with practical experience in Tally Prime to handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records and support the company's accounts and finance activities.
Handle daily accounting transactions using Tally Prime.
Maintain purchase, sales, payment and receipt entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers and bank reconciliation statements.
Handle petty cash and cash book maintenance.
Assist with GST entries, GST returns and related documentation.
Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment and billing matters.
Requirements
B.Com / M.Com or any relevant degree in Commerce.
1–3 years of experience in accounting.
Mandatory practical experience in Tally Prime.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting procedures.
Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
Skills Required
- B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant degree in Commerce
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Practical experience in Tally Prime
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting procedures
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy
