About the job
This position will support the accounting team with timely completion of month-end close procedures, such as journal entries and reconciliations and reports. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and positivity in a fast-paced environment and will embrace new challenges as learning opportunities.

This role is hybrid onsite in our San Francisco, CA office.
What you will do
- Prepare journal entries and related supporting schedules.
- Assist with month-end close procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and flux analysis.
- Support documentation requests for financial reporting and audit.
- Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Help establish and maintain financial policies and procedures to support new business activities and new reporting requirements.
- Perform special ad-hoc projects as needed.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree inAccounting/Finance.
- Big 4 Accounting experience is a plus.
- 1-2 years of general ledger experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, sum-ifs, formatting worksheets, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communicative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize assignments to meet critical deadlines.

Actual starting pay for this role is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, relevant skills,, education, and geographic location.

- 1-2 years of general ledger experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, and worksheet formatting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize assignments and meet critical deadlines
- Big Four accounting experience
