Your Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate General Ledger records by posting journal entries and performing periodic reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and adjustments.
Prepare financial reports, MIS, and variance analysis for management review.
Work on SAP S/4HANA for day-to-day accounting transactions and assist in issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks (SOX).
Assist in audits and continuous process improvements through proper documentation and cross-team collaboration.
Your Experience and Skills:
Strong understanding of AP, AR, GL, and month-end close processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
Good communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in tax compliance (GST, VAT, withholding tax).
Exposure to global stakeholder management.
