Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage financial records, support project-based financial planning, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, reporting, and auditing processes, while providing valuable insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project cash flow statements, ensuring proper tracking of inflows and outflows.
  • Conduct project feasibility studies, including financial analysis, cost estimation, and profitability assessments.
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
  • Prepare periodic financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Generate detailed financial reports for management review, highlighting trends, variances, and key insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Supervise and coordinate internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and timely submission of documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit and reference purposes.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions as required.


Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience in project-based accounting and feasibility analysis is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.


Skills Required
