Job Description- Preparation of management account
- Updates of other sites Returns
- Maintenance of Company Receivables and schedules of Certificates
- Liason with External Auditors
- Reconciliation and call over review of all records
- Monitoring of retirements
- Assignment of Accounts codes & Review
- Update of Company import and documentation register
- Review and reconliation of the General Ledger
- Portfolio mgt.of company shares
- Creation of new accounts
- Maintenance of all Intercompany accounts
- Advising payment to third parties
- Maintains an effective filing system of documents
- Reports to the Financial Controller
- Quick book & Elite software knowledge/proficiency
- 3-5 years
- HND/B.SC, ACA, ACCA, CPA
Skills Required
- QuickBooks proficiency
- Elite software proficiency
- Minimum 3 years experience
