Job Description:

We are looking to hire an accountant with an analytical mind and fantastic organizational skills. Accountants are expected to be detail-oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure, and deliver to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

·         Manage all accounting transactions.
·         Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
·         Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
·         Ensure timely bank payments
·         Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
·         Audit financial transactions and documents
·         Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
·         Comply with financial policies and regulations.

. Ability to perform HR functionalities such as hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Requirements and skills

· Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

·         Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally and others.
·         Require good communication skills, ability to learn quickly, coordination with other departments for the smooth functioning of the company.
·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office( Excel, word and PowerPoint)
·         Experience with general ledger functions
·         Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
· Certification related to accounts are preferred.

Qualification: Minimum 60% in MFC / M.com/ B.com with MBA as a relevant degree.

Experience- 1 - 3 years.
