Accountant II (Bilingual English/Korean)

Com2uS USA, Inc., a global leader in smartphone and social games, is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join its team as mobile game Accountant II. This is a full-time, hybrid (remote/on-site) schedule position in Los Angeles, CA.

Position Summary:

Performs a full range of accounting responsibilities, preparing invoice and billing, collections, data entry to QuickBooks Online, information verification and analysis, report preparation, bank reconciliations, and ad hoc reconciliations.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements preparation

• Monthly account reconciliations, including General Ledger research and reconciliation.

• Prepare cash flow statement and report (Weekly)

• Prepare cash flow projection data (Monthly, Quarterly).

• Analyzing financial information.

• Assist with tax audits and tax returns.

• Input financial details into QuickBooks Online.

• All Accounts Receivable functions.

• Ensures A/R and sales figures in accounting software match with internally generated financial

report.

• Accurate and timely internal and external customer billing support for assigned contracts

• Completion of invoice and account reconciliations as required

• Work on other special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

• 4-7 years of general corporate accounting experience.

• Proficient in MS Office Suites (especially Excel) and QuickBooks Online

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to research and find suitable answers on any topics

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance to achieve results

• Ability to set priorities and perform a variety of work assignments

• Fluency in Korean and English (bilingual)
