What you will do:
- You manage accounts payable and receivable in close collaboration with our Shared Service Center
- You take ownership of preparatory accounting tasks and ensure data accuracy and timeliness
- You act as a go-to person for financial questions, providing reliable 1st-level support to applike group’s subsidiaries
- You support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards
- You track and reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure correct postings
- You identify opportunities to improve or automate recurring processes and help implement them
- You collaborate across teams to ensure smooth financial operations in a fast-paced environment
Who you are:
- You have completed an apprenticeship or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in accounting, especially in accounts payable and receivable.
- You have a good grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.
- You enjoy solving problems and constantly seek better, smarter ways of working.
- You work precisely, stay organized under pressure, and always meet deadlines.
- You are a strong communicator who enjoys working with people from different departments and cultures.
- You are experienced with common accounting tools, ideally SAP, and confident in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- You speak German fluently and communicate clearly in English.
