Our client is a growing accounting and consulting firm providing comprehensive financial, tax, and advisory services to both resident and non-resident businesses in the UAE. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for an Accountant / Client Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team. This role combines professional accounting responsibilities with client management, ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient communication, and long-term client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain clients’ accounting records using 1C, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and other accounting platforms.
  • Enter and verify primary documentation; prepare payment orders, invoices, and other financial documents upon client request.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regarding accounting and tax matters.
  • Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with clients (both individuals and companies, UAE residents and non-residents).
  • Oversee deadlines, task quality, and documentation flow, ensuring timely delivery of reports and submissions.
  • Collect, check, and organize primary documents and maintain electronic records using cloud systems (Google Drive, Zoho Projects, etc.).
  • Monitor the timely completion of accounting cycles, VAT filings, payroll, and financial reports.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing consultations, updates, and recommendations to optimize their accounting processes.
  • Coordinate meetings (online/offline) with clients, accountants, tax consultants, and external auditors.
  • Advise clients on the firm’s services and pricing, prepare proposals and technical assignments, and assist with contract renewals and payments.
  • Support clients during tax and audit inspections, helping collect and deliver requested documents in collaboration with auditors and regulatory bodies.


Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting (knowledge of UAE standards preferred).

  • Proficiency with accounting software (1C, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

  • Working knowledge of VAT, FTA requirements, and reporting procedures.

  • Fluent in English (Russian language proficiency is a plus).

  • Attention to detail, professionalism, and client-oriented mindset.
