Job DescriptionAn experienced position responsible for low, moderate to high complexity private wealth portfolios with minimal supervision. This role independently executes sophisticated accounting tasks while demonstrating advanced technical expertise in trust and corporate administration.
Core Responsibilities:
- Work on complex private wealth portfolios
- Execute sophisticated accounting tasks
- Ensure accounting and regulatory compliance
- Drive quality standards in own deliverables
- Develop technical expertise in private wealth services
- Handle complex client requirements
Tasks:
- Execute periodic bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Prepare complex financial statements with disclosures
- Handle moderate to high complexity accounting matters
- Monitor regulatory reporting deadlines
- Resolve audit queries independently
- Compute complex tax/VAT requirements
- Prepare sophisticated client deliverables
- Review working papers and schedules
- Address reviewer comments
- Monitor compliance requirements
- Escalate complex technical matters appropriately
- Perform other related duties as assigned for role and business needs
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field or ACCA Level 2 or ACA
Professional Experience:
At least 4 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in fund accounting
Skills and Key Behaviours:
