Job Description

SD Wheel Wholesale needs to increase team members to balance the workload in order to complete objectives to hit sales targets. This position will assist in taking care of existing customers; before and after the sale, prospecting for new business, and increasing overall account value.

Requirements

Job Duties

  • Responsible for inbound - outbound CS calls
  • Answer emailed customer service inquiries
  • Be responsible for IRT and Returns work
  • Process credit memos for Wholesale customers
  • Assist with answering wholesale questions, giving quotes and taking orders
  • Process new applications
  • Enter Terms orders from customers

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in using Google Drive, Office
  • Ability to navigate and search- Helpscout, Hubspot, AWS, Netsuite, Gmail, Elites, Aircall
  • Have Industry and fitment knowledge related to wheels, tires, suspension, and accessories.
  • Must be fluent in using the quote page for creating orders and making quotes
  • Ability to follow up quickly and build trust with customers.
  • Be able to sell the program and overcome objections to prospective customers.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree required
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred

Experience

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • 1-3 year commercial/B2B sales/customer service experience
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferred
  • Previous coaching/training experience, preferred
  • Automotive industry market knowledge, preferred
  • Wheels/Tires product knowledge, preferred

Position Type/Expected Hours

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday serving as primary work week. As required to support the needs of the business; weekend work hours may additionally be required with the team.
