Role Purpose:
- Build and manage strong client relationships.
- Oversee campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Lead teams to deliver high-quality work aligning with client goals.
- Act as the primary communicator between clients and internal teams.
Core Responsibilities:

Client Relations:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
- Lead communications, ensure project alignment, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage internal coordination across creative, strategy, media, and PR teams.

Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets with transparency.
- Oversee financial operations, including invoicing and reconciliations.

Business Operations:
- Track campaign KPIs and optimize workflows.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Experience: 4–6 years in account management or related fields.
- Leadership: Strong team management and people skills.
- Project Management: Proficient in handling campaign timelines and deliverables.
- Financial Acumen: Expertise in budgeting and financial tracking.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with O365 and familiarity with social/digital media.
Working Style:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Comfortable leading meetings and managing diverse teams.
- Passionate about marketing and delivering client-aligned results.
