Job Description

  • Being a partner of an international Client (HQ as well as local entities) for production, localization and adaptation of 360 campaigns (digital, SoMe, print, POSm, TVC, OLV etc)
  • Supporting Account Director in setting up End to End process (Ways of working), KPIs, SLAs etc, keeping on track pipeline of projects; preparing regular reporting and performance presentations
  • Responsible for gaining and sharing perfect knowledge about the brand, local specifics, diverse ways of working and localizing campaigns;
  • Mapping possibilities for business development and acquisition of new budgets; managing expectations; solving challenges
  • Tracking work and business progress on the specific client
  • Managing a team of employees (direct report) as well as coordinating, making sure co-operation with different teams in agency goes efficiently.
  • Controlling and taking responsibility for the quality and efficiency of the teams’ work.
  • Hybrid remote work model.

Qualifications

  • Few years of experience in managing client accounts at advertising (marketing) agency or on brand side in marketing department;
  • Fluent business English – both written and spoken is a must;
  • Experience in working with an international Client;
  • Proficiency in conducting 360 integrated advertising campaigns;
  • Ability to manage working time, budgets, and the development of a team of several employees;
  • Ability to easily establish contact and build long-term relationships with the Clients;
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment;
  • A very good and efficient time management and planning skills;

Self-starter, fast-learner, and a can-do / hands on deck spirit
