Core Responsibilities and Key DeliverablesSales Excellence
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposals, closing, and client handoff.
  • Generate and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Tailor solutions based on client-specific challenges and business objectives.
  • Operate with a margin-first mindset, balancing value creation with profitable delivery.
  • Deliver a world-class buying experience through clarity, honesty, and urgency.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build deep trust with clients through expert-level discovery and problem-solving.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from close to kickoff, with clear expectations and handoff details.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with past clients to drive upsells, retention, and referrals.
Team Connection and Collaboration
  • Participate in team rhythms: a minimum of 3 weekly standups and 2 weekly training sessions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, solutions, and project teams to understand capabilities and design better solutions.
  • Share learning, wins, and insight with radical candor helping raise the bar for the whole team.
Travel and Onboarding
  • Expect travel for client meetings, training opportunities, industry events, and key networking opportunities
