As “Account & SSI Reference Data Product Management Professional / Lead” within our “Account & SSI Golden Source Platform Team” , you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Account & SSI golden source platform aligned to business value, resilience, and controls.
- Lead global end-to-end delivery planning including sequencing, dependencies, and release management across a matrixed environment.
- Translate operational, risk, and regulatory requirements into prioritized, development-ready user stories with measurable acceptance criteria and clear DoR/DoD.
- Drive agile execution by partnering with the Scrum Master to run ceremonies and maintain delivery cadence and transparency.
- Define how account and SSI data is captured, validated, approved, and published with strong controls, traceability, and auditability.
- Establish data standards, lineage, stewardship, and governance to reduce data proliferation and increase trust in the golden source.
- Monitor data quality for accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and consistency, and prioritize remediation and uplift alongside new features.
- Partner with Compliance and Risk to align KYC, AML, and sanctions dependencies to policy, evidence, and control design.
- Coordinate integrations between onboarding/KYC and downstream consumers across payments, settlement, trade allocation, and regulatory reporting.
- Implement API-based and event-driven publishing with defined contracts and controlled rollout to downstream platforms and utilities.
- Track OKRs/KPIs (e.g., exceptions/repairs, settlement fails, STP, SLAs) and provide executive-ready status, risk, and remediation reporting.
- Product ownership experience leading strategy and execution for an internal, cross–line of business platform.
- Strong backlog management, prioritization, and trade-off decisioning across features, remediation, and standards-driven change.
- Demonstrated ability to convert complex requirements into development-ready stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of data controls, traceability, auditability, and change control for regulatory readiness.
- Experience driving data quality, stewardship, lineage, and standards for reference data platforms.
- Familiarity with onboarding/KYC processes and downstream operational consumption patterns.
- Knowledge of operational risk and regulatory considerations impacting client/account/SSI data.
- Experience delivering API and event-driven distribution patterns for enterprise data products.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Compliance, and business leaders in a global environment.
- Strong judgement and comfort with ambiguity, making explicit trade-offs framed in risk, operational impact, and value.
- Clear, concise communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior forums.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative or related field (Finance, Maths, Stats, CS, Engineering).
- Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, or PRINCE2.
- Exposure to Markets, Investor Services, custody, clearing, and Prime brokerage.
- Working knowledge of SSI utilities (DTCC ALERT, SWIFT).
