Under the direction of the Account Specialist Lead, the Account Specialist will work with an assigned Account Manager and provide support for billing and software integrations for new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, interpersonal skills and be able to keep with Insurance Industry regulations. An Account Specialist should have the ability to work well in a team environment and feel comfortable working in a feedback culture.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and provide customer service to client accounts.

Specialize in assisting clients with monthly reporting, invoices, and collections.

Assist customers with establishing electronic reporting
-
Assist customers with limited self-storage licenses and compliance.
-
Prepares work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents.

Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.

Actively seek to understand each customer’s needs and goals through consistent verbal contact
-
Secure customer rapport through genuine and exceptionally responsive interactions
-
Proactive customer service with current clients
