Hourly Range: $22 - $24 per hour

In this role, you'll support the administration of capital equipment programs by managing contracts, processing billing transactions, coordinating equipment logistics, and ensuring accurate account records.

What You'll Do
As an Account Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our capital equipment programs by:
- Supporting capital equipment billing and account management programs
- Maintaining accurate equipment serial records through reporting and audits
- Processing billing transactions, including monthly, fixed-rate, daily, and prepaid agreements
- Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of ERP capital equipment contracts
- Coordinating equipment shipments, returns, transfers, and demo equipment requests
- Processing orders, return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), credits, debits, and billing adjustments
- Investigating and resolving equipment, shipping, and account discrepancies
- Assisting with service and repair processes
- Documenting customer interactions and account activity
- Responding to internal and external customer inquiries through multiple communication channels
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, customer service, or a related administrative role
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Windows computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
