As an Account Specialist with Regulatory Event Operations, you will focus on regulatory requirements, business results and offering solutions to help our customers with Military Lending Act (MLA) & Servicemember Civil Relief Act (SCRA) inquiries and eligibility requirements along with supporting Americans with Disability Act (ADA) related inquires for standard and non-standard accommodations.
Job responsibilities:
- Navigate multiple technologies while staying engaged with our customers
- Comfortable communicating with customers in a challenging and often a difficult time in someone's life dealing with a death of a family member, spouse, friend etc.
- Have detailed conversations with our customers
- Take ownership of each customer interaction while treating them with respect and responding with empathy.
- Required to abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures
- Treat customers with respect
- Demonstrate sensitivity and compassion in difficult situations
- Meet and exceed benchmarks through consistent performance and toggle between multiple computer systems
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- High School diploma/GED
- Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction
- +1 year of customer interaction or customer support experience
- Proficiency with basic computer functions, including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Critical thinking and ability to exercise independent judgment
- Enthusiastic and positive approach to customer interactions
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm
This position requires that you attend the training as scheduled. The hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
