Summary:

Plan and coordinate sales activity for maximum sales revenue and profitability. Develop new customers and new applications. Interact with key strategic customers within a defined geographic region and with the goal of our business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Day-to-day communication and coordination of business issues relating to the customers and all internal departments fulfilling customer requirements.

  • Keep in close contact with OEM customers key contacts to determine needs, and present technical and engineering explanation in order to expand sales by new projects.

  • Manage distributors to maximize our ability to win new business opportunities and increase existing business share.

  • Maintain demand forecast and updating market information for accurate sales outlook and business plan.

  • Work with FAE/R&D/PM/Production to develop custom products for strategic customer needs.
     

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of Windows applications.

  • General knowledge of EMI, Thermal management in electronics devices.

  • Understanding of Electronics and Automotive market trend and design-in process in customers.

  • Ability of sales skill to maintain and negotiation with customers and hunt new opportunities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, must be fluent in English and Japanese. Chinese could be strength on this role (Not must requirement).

  • Ability to travel frequently and responsibility getting the tasks.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in electronics components field and/or Automotive segment background preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent work experience.

  • Understanding customer requirements from drawing, specifications or related information, and propose solutions to internal team how to solve customer pain points.
