Role: Project Manager Live Events
Main Responsibilities:
Job Description:
- Managing our key client accounts & growing sales revenue.
- Interpreting client requirements and translating them into quotations.
- Creating technical briefs for live events.
- Managing live events onsite when required.
- Taking ownership of the delivery and execution of the technical components of live events.
- Managing the budgeting of live events and controlling costs
- Liaising with all relevant parties in the stadium
- Attending & initiating client account review meetings
- Maintaining existing clients and developing new clients
Quality Management System Responsibilities
- Comply with Company’s Quality Management System requirements i.e. perform your work according to your process documents, procedures and maintaining document information/completing department forms/records as required.
- Understand and apply our quality policy statements in all aspects of your work.
- Contribute towards achieving company objectives
- Ensure that the needs and requirements of company’s internal staff and customers are understood and delivered.
- Help develop and improve the company’s internal processes and management system by reporting corrective actions, updates and improvement ideas.

Education:
Technical Qualification in relevant field
Licenses/Certificates:
Manual Handling.
Avixa AV courses desirable
Experience:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of the audio visual and live events industry.
- Strong technical background in audio, video, or lighting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong record in customer facing roles.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
