Manage Japanese customer accounts and coordinate all activities relative to these accounts. Ensure Customer Satisfaction with HMI e-beam inspection/Metrology products and services. This position is required native level Japanese Language and Fluent in English, both oral and written
Role and responsibilities
Account Management: Manage customer accounts and coordinate all necessary activities to ensure customer satisfaction and account profitability. Develop and maintain customer relationship to support HMI’s position as the continued vendor of choice. Understand the customers –business, -processes and –key issues. Ensure that HMI’s capabilities are consistent with customer requirements and understood by both parties. Cultivate potential new customers and markets for HMI products.
Account Support: Work with Customer Support to contribute to integrated Customer Account Management. Chair and drive HMI Account Team activities. Coordinate and guide activities of all HMI departments as they relate to applicable accounts.
Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of long term and short term sales strategies.
Sales Forecast: Routines sales forecast to HMI management. Gather and communicate customer and market information to HMI management and Marketing, to facilitate management decision making on pricing, marketing, etc.
Contracts: Negotiate contracts with customers within ASML/HMI guidelines. Manage order closure.
Administration and Communication: Ensure all quotations orders and all other customer communication to be handled promptly and accurate. Manage quotation- and sales order- processes for the applicable accounts. Monitor administration and follow up. Ensure proper communication on progress, Accounts, customer satisfaction etc.
Education and experience
Bachelor degree in an engineering field, or equivalent business experience
Skills
Ability to conduct the operations of HMI departments to ensure integrated Account Management
•Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present concepts and influence others.
•Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data or report information
•Search solutions for problems, create methodologies, mobilize resources to research objectives.
•Native level Japanese Language is required, Fluent in English, both oral and written. TOEIC 800 and above desired.
Other information
Sales Representative/ manager experience in the Metrology/Inspection or equivalent field or machine in semiconductor industry > 5 Yrs.
Or Customer support experiences > 3-5 years in the Semiconductor equipment industry and/or equivalent areas.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
