Job Overview

We’re hiring an Account Manager to lead investor relationships across the full journey, from first contact to onboarding and post-investment support. This is a hybrid role combining elements of sales and customer success. You’ll own the investor experience end-to-end, working closely with our leadership and tech teams to ensure every investor feels confident, informed, and fully supported.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full investor journey, from initial outreach to onboarding, investment, and post-investment follow-up

  • Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach via WhatsApp, phone, and email and socials.

  • Schedule and lead intro/demo calls to explain Deed’s platform and guide first-time investors

  • Guide investors through registration and KYC, ensuring timely and complete onboarding

  • Respond to questions around platform use, investment process, income, and timelines

  • Maintain detailed records of lead status, activity, and follow-ups using HubSpot CRM

  • Re-engage cold or inactive leads and identify drop-offs in the funnel

  • Support investor communications around new property launches, updates, and investment events

  • Share feedback and insights from investors with leadership to improve product and operations

  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as lead-to-KYC and lead-to-investment conversion

You’re a Great Fit If You...

  • Are fluent in English (Arabic and French are a strong plus)

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support, preferably in fintech, PropTech, or regulated financial services

  • Have hands-on experience with KYC processes and a working knowledge of AML/compliance requirements

  • Are confident leading calls and managing conversations with prospective investors

  • Are highly organised, responsive, and proactive in solving problems

  • Understand how to build trust in regulated, investment-related environments

  • Are comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Intercom, and WhatsApp professionally

Skills Required

  • Fluent in English
