Job Overview
We’re hiring an Account Manager to lead investor relationships across the full journey, from first contact to onboarding and post-investment support. This is a hybrid role combining elements of sales and customer success. You’ll own the investor experience end-to-end, working closely with our leadership and tech teams to ensure every investor feels confident, informed, and fully supported.
What You’ll Do
Own the full investor journey, from initial outreach to onboarding, investment, and post-investment follow-up
Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach via WhatsApp, phone, and email and socials.
Schedule and lead intro/demo calls to explain Deed’s platform and guide first-time investors
Guide investors through registration and KYC, ensuring timely and complete onboarding
Respond to questions around platform use, investment process, income, and timelines
Maintain detailed records of lead status, activity, and follow-ups using HubSpot CRM
Re-engage cold or inactive leads and identify drop-offs in the funnel
Support investor communications around new property launches, updates, and investment events
Share feedback and insights from investors with leadership to improve product and operations
Monitor and report on key metrics such as lead-to-KYC and lead-to-investment conversion
You’re a Great Fit If You...
Are fluent in English (Arabic and French are a strong plus)
Have 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support, preferably in fintech, PropTech, or regulated financial services
Have hands-on experience with KYC processes and a working knowledge of AML/compliance requirements
Are confident leading calls and managing conversations with prospective investors
Are highly organised, responsive, and proactive in solving problems
Understand how to build trust in regulated, investment-related environments
Are comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Intercom, and WhatsApp professionally
