The role

Our Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth and customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, maintain high service standards, and identify opportunities for expanding business within existing accounts. Our Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and support to strengthen long-term partnerships and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary contact for all account-related matters

  • Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs

  • Monitor account performance, analyse sales data, and develop action plans to achieve targets

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends

  • Support the implementation of company policies, strategies, and initiatives within assigned accounts

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients
