🎯 Your Tasks

As an Account Manager, you will engage with senior executives of multinational corporations as well as mid-sized companies in both the private and public sectors 🌍🏢

You will work closely with CEOs, Board members, and management teams to develop and grow strategic client relationships 🤝

Acting as a true product expert, you will be the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams 🎤💡


🛠️ As part of your missions

🤝 Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients

🔁 Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention

📈 Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve targets

🧠 Act as a consultant on the product, supporting and guiding clients in their use of the solutions

📊 Monitor KPIs related to business cases and product usage


👤 Profile Required

🎓 Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with at least 5 years of relevant experience

🌍 Fluent Arabic / English bilingual

🧭 Ability to develop long-term strategic plans for customers

🗣️ Excellent presentation and communication skills

🗂️ Strong ability to manage all aspects of a project

🌐 Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment

📚 Strong desire to learn and become a functional expert on multiple software products
