Role Summary:
The role is responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, supporting the Creative CS Team Lead, and coordinating end-to-end project delivery. It ensures effective collaboration across internal teams, maintains clear communication with clients, and upholds high-quality standards by aligning all deliverables with client briefs, timelines, and brand guidelines. This is a project-based opportunity for a limited period of time (External Consultant).
Role Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main day-to-day contact for the client and support the Creative CS Team Lead.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through continuous engagement and communication.
- Manage expectations (work product and timelines) and resolve issues before they occur or escalate.
- Present agency recommendations and creative work.
2. Project Management
- Coordinate tasks from briefing through execution.
- Develop timelines, work plans, and delivery schedules.
- Update project trackers daily basis.
- Coordinate closely with internal creative, content, production, and communications teams to ensure timely delivery of all requests.
3. Quality Control
- Review deliverables before client submission.
- Ensure work aligns with the brief and brand guidelines.
- Verify accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Maintain high standards across all outputs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role (agency experience preferred)
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and competing priorities
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (creative, content, production, etc.)
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality control and accuracy
- Ability to review and present deliverables confidently to clients
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus
