The Opportunity 

Adverteyes is the creative intelligence platform driving sales for the world’s leading brands. We help major advertisers — P&G, Mars, Google — predict how creative performs before it goes live, to make better decisions and drive business growth. 

 

We’re looking for someone with experience managing and growing client relationships in a fast-moving environment. You understand that retention and growth are the same job done well, and you want to do it at the frontier of creative AI. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Own a portfolio of advertiser and agency relationships, serving as the primary contact and trusted advisor on creative intelligence 
  • Drive retention and expansion across your accounts  
  • Onboard new clients effectively, ensuring they reach value quickly and embed Adverteyes into their creative decision-making workflows 
  • Act as the voice of your clients internally, feeding product feedback and unmet needs into the Adverteyes roadmap 
  • Collaborate with our data science and delivery teams to surface client needs, and be the voice of the customer in product development  

 

What We’re Looking For 

You’ve managed client relationships in adtech or a related field and you know what separates a healthy account from one that quietly churns. 

 

  • Track record in account management or customer success  
  • Fluency in advertising effectiveness 
  • Comfortable working with data and presenting it clearly to non-technical stakeholders 
  • Commercial sharpness: you think in revenue, mutual value, and expansion potential, not just relationship warmth  
  • Exceptional organisational skills and comfort working in a dynamic environment  
  • Curiosity about AI and its application to creative effectiveness
  • Confidence in English both written and spoken

  • Product usage and adoption depth  
  • Client satisfaction and relationship health
