The Account Manager will manage and grow client accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling, identify new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, lead presentations, ensure sales targets, and monitor market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of IQVIA solutions
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (GM, Department Heads, etc.)
  • Lead client discussions and presentations on business solutions and insights

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field

    (preferably at a specialist, supervisor or lead level)
  • Experience in healthcare industry required; pharmaceutical experience is an advantage
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Exposure to contracting, proposal development, and deal negotiations

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
