Job DescriptionTo successfully handle the tasks, you should have:
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English; additional foreign languages will be an advantage, as we work with clients worldwide.
Higher education in Marketing, Philology, Business, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in client communication, account management, customer support, or customer success.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-oriented approach.
Confident PC user with experience using Google Workspace and online communication tools.
Responsibilities:
Consult clients on platform functionality and services via chat and email.
Conduct online meetings and consultations with clients through Google Meet, Telegram, and other communication channels.
Assist clients in selecting effective promotion strategies for their apps/products on the platform.
Monitor client activity, campaign performance, and overall platform results.
Maintain client communication records and prepare reports on account progress.

Salary in a stable currency: 700-800 € rate (depending on candidate experience) + bonus up to 1000 €.
