The Account Manager achieves business financial objectives in respective customer accounts. Responsible for customer engagement and sales case ownership for the following: opportunity and offer strategy, customer pricing files, creating and maintaining sales opportunity, order forecast. Creates and manages sales relationships for strategically important accounts within broad product or business areas. Develops sales strategies and practices to achieve revenue targets and service goals for the customer accounts. Participates in pricing strategies as well as contract negotiations and is responsible for providing professional support in order to generate orders.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

- Prepare and present proposals, demonstrations, and product overviews to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable business relationships.
- Provide post-sales support, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
- Generate and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, contributing to the company's overall strategy.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar account management or sales role, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales and account management, with a focus on DWDM and IP technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required for client meetings and conferences.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for technology.
