We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, resourceful and buttoned-down Account Manager to join our Sydney team.
The Role:
Resourceful, efficient and effective. Always prepared. You drive the day-to-day by having a buttoned down plan and executing it with excellence and pride. This role reports into the Account Director and Business Lead; supports the team to deliver the best outcomes for clients, identifying and solving challenges proactively and escalating effectively when necessary.
The Detail:
- Drives the day to day – Your buttoned down project management inspires confidence and the trust of the wider team. You work with your PM to lead WIP meetings and set timings for projects, ensuring expectations are clear and met.
- Strong grasp of process – Knows who and when to pull in relevant resources. Effective at upward-managing and escalation when necessary.
- Strong internal relationships – The go-to person across all parts of the process.
- Champion of the 1% detail – You are the critical first and final check of all work, and all the checks in-between. You sweat the small stuff.
- Runs a tight ship on process to ensure exceptional project management.
Your Experience:
- Agency experience - preferably integrated creative advertising agency
- Self-motivated, curious to learn, and proactive
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong work ethic
- Passionate about culture and creativity
